Our Project Management and Design and Build skills mean that our team is uniquely placed to manage a project for you from the initial site visit and quote through to completion - this continuity ensures that the project stays on budget, on schedule and remains true to the build objectives and design. The Concept Package
Our team will visit you in your home (or the space you’re looking to convert) where we will discuss and interpret your ideas, and design your dream home using our CAD systems - whilst keeping in mind your budget to ensure the two are compatible.
We can assess which walls are load-bearing and will require steels and we can explore which layout would be the most suitable for your needs, without compromising the structural integrity of your home.
We can discuss the desired finish and spec including a look at our suggested materials, of which we try to be as eco-friendly as possible, whilst ensuring we remain within your budget. We always want your project to stand the test of time.
We understand that the first design might not be the ‘one’ so our package fee includes 1 edit.

Peace of Mind Package
For those first time or fourth time buyers, property developers or second home owners who are investing in a renovation but are unsure if it’s achievable for the budget, we will:
Visit the property with you
Provide advice on any proposed planning
Advise on age and condition of the property and its potential risks
Explain the process of renovating and who to contact to get the ball rolling
Advise on renovation design and budgeting - where you can get the most for your money
Deliver a detailed report of our visit including estimated costs and feasibility schemes, if applicable
We understand that time is precious when buying a home and as such we strive to honour a 48-hour turnaround from initial visit to delivery of report. This is dependent on the scale of the project.

Our Process
2. Book Site Visit
We will discuss your project with you and will book your site visit.
3. Quote
We will price your job and send you a formal quotation.
4. Planning & Regs
If you wish to proceed, we will ensure you have the appropriate planning and regs in place ahead of start date - we can help with this.
5. Booking
We will formally book your project in and will ask for a deposit to secure your start date.
6. First instalment
1-2 weeks before start date we ask for a first instalment to cover the initial costs of materials, equipment and skips
7. First phase completion
Once we have completed the first phase, we will ask for a second instalment to cover costs of the final phase.
8. Completion
Congratulations, your dream project is complete! We ask for the final instalment on project completion.
